林家如律師之執業範圍包括智慧財產權、民事、刑事及行政訴訟、契約撰擬與審閱、公司法令遵循及商務紛爭處理。林律師曾服務於協合國際法律事務所（LCS & Partners），並曾協助跨國企業、臺灣上市科技公司及知名科技公司處理公平交易、消費者保護、專利侵權、現金增資及公開發行等法律事務。
林律師具備臺灣大學民商法學術背景，並取得美國史丹佛大學法學碩士；亦曾代表臺灣大學法學院至美國西雅圖華盛頓大學法律學院研習。林律師現為臺北律師公會會員，國語、臺語及英語均流利。

Principal Attorney
Attorney Chia-Ju Lin’s practice includes intellectual property, civil, criminal, and administrative litigation, contract drafting and review, corporate compliance, legal consultation, and commercial dispute resolution. Before founding the firm, Attorney Lin served at LCS & Partners and handled matters involving multinational enterprises, Taiwan-listed technology companies, fair trade issues, consumer protection analysis, patent infringement disputes, capital increases, and public offering legal due diligence.
Attorney Lin holds legal degrees from National Taiwan University and an LL.M. from Stanford Law School. She is a member of the Taipei Bar Association and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, and English.
